People are safe who are good to Supervisor job is secondary. Work in India is different compare to our oversea team. Those who have good relation with Supervisor can reach to highest level, work is secondary.
A perfect place for someone who is looking for growth and work-life balance. There is no dearth of opportunities for the right candidate with competitive salary structure. One can always rejoin the company back.

Flat organisation at the top, fewer opportunities
It was good experience working with engine maker. fully involved in R&D of new engines with low fuel & emissions. Management is good. Job culture is average, hardest part is to perform troubleshooting in critical power plants.
