The work environment seemed to be good enough with experienced management.The co-workers were really supportive and the maintained a cheerful and joyful atmosphere, only sometimes the manager was being unreasonable but rest of the people in terms of superiors and colleagues were really good.

Working As a Engineer in CBRE help to learn a lot day by day.As a Part of Tech I have explore my self ne Management, Inspection, AMC controls vendor Management, Operations Inspection and more thing which is basically full of opportunities and Challenging.

Nice experience, supportive TLs

The supervisors/TLs are supportive. Good pay. Not much of work pressure in my project. The management needs to be a little more supportive. Overall, its a good organisation. Free food and snacks everyday for the employees

This the best Fortune 500 company

I would love to continue with CBRE in any country as it’s work culture is employee friendly and encouraging employees to always to innovate at site to continuously improve you knowledge application.

Good Experience and respect in Market

I had a very good leadership during my tenure which helped me handle independent projects. There was learning in every project and have had chance to develop MEP knowledge too.

No care for employees working in sites

There is no on site HR.No one to reach out to apart from your manager.Weak management.Weak leaders.No process at all.100s of meetings but no conclusion.

CBRE company is good, but DLF site is too bad

CBRE Company is good. But the site is worsted and this site department management is enforcing to continue shift. we can't leave after our completion of our working hours. 12 or 14 hours doing work. more kind of work without safety related eg:- painting, cleaning, etc..

Salary is on time, work culture is very nice, supporting staff where you can learn alot also you can enhance your skills.CBRE has highly professional and technical skilled staff with whom you can work in.

very bad experience

For new joiner don't provide the proper training and manager pich to new joiner to start job within a month to know everything. Very bad experience. I hope plz do not joined this company becoz its MNC stamp but trite as you are working in Indian baniya company.

The working culture is superb.Team work found during the working,team more expertised about the work.Daily routine is defined for the carring out our works.Personality development training is provides by cbre.

Fun to work here

Good management, great work life balance, steady growth, good employee benefits.Got caught in inter departmental politics and lost my bonus and increment for 2 years straight, resigned and took a 43% hike in the new workplace.
