great working environment less pay work pressure freedom to choose timings very open culture with very less hierarchy very easy to learn new thins. a good system in place to train and authorise users for sophisticated instruments

I learned many molecular biology related experiments like extraction of DNA, PCR, sequencing and specially primer desining. co-workers were very supportive and helping . Instrumentaion and chemicals were always been provided by the management.

It was very helpful learned basic technique and methods in clarity. I found CCMB to very encouraging environment to grow with.

CCMB made my every concepts very clear. there have seen various sophisticated instruments which won;t be available easily in any colleges, so have learned its working principle and seen working it.they made us learn basic lab methods like, using pipettes, pH meters etc were also practiced. major method i learned is Gene Cloning .over all its was nice working there, very friendly and encouraging environment.
