CDK Global was a great work environment and wonderful to work with counterparts across continents. The company encourages proactive initiatives and rewards hard work.
It has a very niche technology which is neither beneficial for customers nor the employee. Customers are being exploited with very old and not so good products which effects them Not at all a good products are being developed they are just upgrading the age old technology and gambling and manipulating the customers Castism and racial discrimination is prevelent

CDK Global is basically Digital Advertising firm where a developer will get a chance to work on latest technologies, tools and techie colleagues. There is not senior and junior barrier I feel.

Work From Home and other flexibilities are good, but it is unable to expand any more in the US Market. Frequent leadership changes which are rarely good for the product on long term.
Expect result according to SLA with out giving training to employees... Again a good company with stupid management especially Managers...Managers are unfit for the roles for which they have been hired for no idea abt work ...Managers need to understand that this is not BPO...

Your day will be relaxed. Not many projects in the company are very challenging and hence you hardly get any scope for upskilling yourself or for your growth. Good team culture though. Great work-life balance. Management needs more improvement in assigning tasks to people and hiring them.

Ample amount of Product learning can be gained here but the work pressure and micromanagement has eaten up all enthusiasm in the teams. International Support project is the worst affected with leadership roles handed over to Call centre and BPO fellows. They have zero product knowledge and well versed in tremendous stress and highly micromanaged environment. Forget about promotions in this company, people in R&D can jump leap and bounds but if you are in support then chances are you will remain in the same grade forever. You will be in bad books and start counting your days if you say no to the support manager. In simple words third class people leading the management in CDK international support. Don't join Support, anything else is OK.

High work pressure from management. Management and leads don't have automotive domain knowledge. spoiling the workplace culture by micro management. Very frequent meetings reducing the product hours.

There are good scope of career growth and friendly environment. Every employee are let free to research and use creative minds to develop newer technology. But there are few glitches at management when they pose restrictions or become a showstopper.
