Varied Exposure

Being the first HR Training Manager, there was an opportunity to create a new wave and convince the team that these programs are required. Many new implementations were done like - POSH awareness drive across locations. in initial times, compliance was low, but slowly it gathered momentum and compliance shot up. Lead execution of annual event for 2 years as project lead handling end-to-end execution covering almost 600 employees. Also, initiated many training programs for Managers and in-house trainers.

Work pressure is hard but learnable

I realy worked with this company always with high pressure of works. But the think is it is learnable. you have to monitor all things with your own skills and goodself. And the salary we got is not sufficient as per the pressure of works.

Every day is something new to learn Chck at counter in dep and baggage handling at arrvl differnt types of paper work Mangt is not so good related to salry Work plce culture not so good but k Chargeing for excess baggage and if pax wnt to upgrade say from economy to business class Handling difficult situation makes me happy and I totally enjoy facing difficult situation

hard life

i get to know how to handle too many people together when flight is delayed or cancelled and i learnt punctuality but there is no time of flight when its coming or going although i learnt lot of things i think there is no space to write

Fun workplace

This is my 1st job I have learnet alot ... early I was working in night shift from 5.30 to 2.30. now I am working in morning 7am to 4.30pm. in 4months I have learnet almost all related to departures sector.. co-workers in this are very kind .. and always be in unity .... the hardest part of the work to sit on a counter in continuity of 4hrs but it is the best part of the job also... because it make you meet with new people ... and to have a new experince everyday ..
