Good Learning expeience

One man show

Its pure one man show company with no delegation of powers or decision making authority to any line managers. Every person in the company for survival wanted to please that ONE MAN with no contribution in developing brands or sales. Brand equity in the mind of customers is excellent still organisation is struggling to meet their objectives from last four years as their is no support system.
