The most useful review selected by IndeedIts a government organization in which only center in tier 1 cities will have projects. Head office in pune... Here there no proper respect for project Engineer as they're not recognized. But if you get a permanent post in this organization your life settled.. but its difficult. But my above review is only for patna center as work culture and salary will vary center to center.

No extra benefits or stipends, No fix working Hours, Bad quality hardware was used. CEO visit the office one a month. Manager is the only person to take all decisions.

Needs to work for 8 - 14 hours with hald hour break

Nice workplace

CDAC is a good place to work. The work culture is quite like other IT companies. Employees get all the freedom to be innovative and make use of all the available resources.

Good place for fresher

A lot to learn new technologies
you can learn niche technology
it is a central govt autonomous scientific society so if you enter here as a permanent staff your life is settled.
But for contractual staff you will get bored after 3 or 4 years because there is no promotion scheme for contractual staff only a yearly increment of 10% and that to depends on the senior management
Management is very very poor they are all permanent staff some has attend the age of retirement so doesn't want to work anymore they are getting fat salary at the end of the month and live happily
