OK for freshers but least pay and promotions

You might get a lot to learn but the pay and increments are very very poor. Good thing is that you can get enough time to learn new skills. The salary structure is poor, you can't even apply for loan using on CDAC basis as most CDAC is not listed by most banks. Also, No DA/TA/HRA is provided.

CDAC is a very good place self learning & R&D. You work on India's own super computer & grid computing. The work pressure & life balance is very good CDAC. But Salary & benefits are not good at all for Project Engineers. CDAC Management & HR should need to check this. The job security is very good though all Project Engineer posts are contractual based.
