The tech stack used is outdated, but the work-life balance is maintained well. Leadership saw drastic deterioration after the Oracle acquisition. Working hours are flexible.

I worked for 10 years in this organisation. I got opportunities to work on different profiles and technologies. If you are under a good umbrella (albeit management), you will likely get enough opportunities to grow. You will be heard and motivated to innovate. Being a Healthcare technology, the work is interesting and job is mostly secured. Only flip side is the pay grade which appears to be not kept up with market standards.

There is no work life balance, slow process, bad management. No benefit’s, low compensation. I would recommend not to join this company. There is no opportunity for innovation.

Great place to work. However, after acquisition, culture is changing too fast.You will get to work with proper training. Your concerns will be heard. Work life balance is good.
