Its the least organised institution I have ever worked at. Pays menial. Except PHD holders. No AC for staff. Students are more important than teachers. Any task can drop any time. Saturday's off, only when there's no task. All can leave at 4.30pm is a good point. Many functions and events organised. Uninformed deductions in salary, happen frequently.

The CGC journey was amazing. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. Environment was very good . management was also very good . Really missing this institution. There is no burden in this institution .

I highly aggressive with HR, in case of it provides salary in exect time.Management motivate the employees by organize lot of program. Good leave facilities to employees. Good learning at cgc Good package, good lunch facility to employees at lowest costEtc

Pathetic work culture. Pleaople trying to put you down. It's only profit oriented. Don't really care about the students. Not given enough salary, always tryin gto cut your salary using fines.
