Had good experience gained more knowledge.work life balance are there managers are good by very less salary.and growth is also not upto the mark.job is also secured .

Stressful job & working culture

No proper training provided, sales pressure, hectic schedule, no work life balance due to frequent travelling & lastly no appreciation for any work.Management doesn't interact a lot with employees.

Good organization

I happy my work tenure and learned many things for chemical industry as well as implement many new things also. The all department members are very cooperative in nature and helpful as well. I strongly agreed to work back again if get chance.

Salary ae on time.work culture is nice,lots of learning .all fresher u want to start up career and grow . Location is also good auto is available,bis facility is there .

Work profile

Day to day sales follow ups. Conducting trials for automotive and Pharma sector. Learn to lead from the front, generate business in Uttarakhand and UP. Travelling was most enjoyable part.

Productive & fun Workplace

Handling customer accounts and their overdue using SAP FI system and MS-Excel. Handling pending issues of customers. Taking Follow-up with Sales Persons & Commission Agents for overdue Every quarter sending Balance confirmation and taking follow up for reconciliation. Customer account reconciliation/daily reconciliation of bank accounts Preparing PDD/ AR/ C form reports in Excel. Looking after Issuing and Collecting Form ‘C’ & ‘F’ Booking Payments / Credit Note / Debit Note / MIGO / MIRO Calculating Commission of Commission Agents. Calculating MVAT.

there is no management co-operation.

Lack of management and no co-operation with management there is no technical support for marketing field. No body stand long run in this company not only that their is no quality at product.

Versatile work environment

I love to work for Chembond. Its like I am living my dream in India. Management is very supportive and understanding. They keep personal touch with every employee which makes Chembond family just than a company.
