work

working culture is very good. Timings are very good. Free bus transport facilty for staff. No pressure on faculty and students. Summer vacation and winter vacation is very good

Worst experience

Don't go to Chitkara University, they have so much pressure and mis management. Too much documentation. Two Saturdays working two are off. Salary is late, very less increment.

Productive learning in Company.

You learn a lot from your seniors. they love to train you and help you in every situation. Everyday you gain something new. You will see smiling faces having fun while doing work.

Productive, as you work you enjoy here working

Working for a growing University is good as it grows , you also grow with it. You work in office only keep your work to office timing only. Management is good.

Great place to work, good culture, very focused on employee growth.

A place where one can progress a career, a place where one can nurture, learn n earn well. Mohit Chitkara is a GEM.It will be a beautiful experience, people are nice n younger lot is much better. The old people in the system are not letting it flourish to the fullest potential.

Not good work palace for ideal or honest man

This work place is not good for honest and talent man because no groth whenever you have any good relations with upper level team.so i cannot recommended to others who make to carrier here as good carrier startup.

New Opportunities

You can learn a lot but the work and amount of time and dedication. They never paid that much. In fact, ur credit will be taken by others. Senior males are very rude to females. Politics is there. Opportunities are a lot. one can learn and manage work. Skills increased. Otherwise, the environment is good to learn and grow.

I worked as a Project Engineer on access Control System as well as teaching, my over all experience is good, No typical day, I learned teaching, as well as how to work on projects, management is good, work culture is also good, hardest part of job is that when i teach first time, the whole journey of 1 year in chitkara is enjoyable.

GOOD. It is budding, relatively less experienced faculty. Do have various programs like summer exchange, AIESEC. They even have good contacts for internships.

I was satisfied for the time I worked at CU I managed the department of computer applications for 6 years and enjoyed managing the team of 30 faculty members The management of the university is good and supportive
