I worked more then 18 Months in CIEL, The working culture is good.
We feel more presser in work, Must have self motivated.Even management or team motivation is lagging.
Competitively less remuneration in this field and also no proper facilities there. They not provided laptop/desktop for work.
lot about office ethics.

I enjoyed working as a team It gives me many lesson . on Team communication. Team building , Team work.
The hardest part is pay roll department cannot able to get support for the problem we are facing . such a lazy pay roll team I ever seen
