Working with CIMMYT-(International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center) is a wonderful experience. CIMMYT is a Non-profit research and training center and its main purpose is to develop improved varieties of wheat and maize.
I have learnt International standard of Accounting and handled the large amount of Grants/Funds for different projects. This was mainly gained by working here at CIMMYT. HR policies is excellent.
Staff benefits is very good here at CIMMYT.
Good organisation for Scientists. it is a non profit international organisation into research and training for the development of maize and wheat. But not very conducive for other functions.
