Usual day starts with the client calls, including the status check, number of escalations, cross training of the existing employees on multiple domains. Amazing clients to work with. The management was quite helpful. I have worked for the employees and retirees of Rockwell Automation and Cintas Corporation and now would like to work with them as employees.

very productive and diverse

This is a great company to work for it is very diverse and balanced the staff here are very helpful and are easy to work with. It's hard work but the co-workers helped me to enjoy this type of work.
