HR interview is the final round.
Preliminary round by HR, followed by Technical Expert
1st round is Manager interaction after resume review.
2nd round is HR Interview.
1) Person will be interviewed telephonically (1st round)
2) If satisfied, person will be invited to site to meet physically and will conduct the interview by senior person
3) HR will co-ordinate once the candidate is selected for Medical and Pay scale finalization based on the position and requirement
4) Offer letter will be send via email or post to respective candidate
Interview process is by reffernce you can attend interview 3 round interview have to faced
3 technical rounds and then the HR round.
GROUP DISCUSSION, PERSONAL INTERVIEW
