Empowerment of managers
I think designing a framework for Manufacturing excellence and thus creating road map for each individuals involved in the team would be one opportunity since it was a new department.
The work atmosphere should be friendly and comfortable. Work time is 8 hours but the employees have to do it for 10-12 hours. It should be solved.
Good plan should be in the place

Middle level management need to be improved
Analyze the executive with his records dont take the words of senior managers
Respect the Asset like senior
New ideas should be entertain
Motivation should be there
Work Pressure in term of Different experimental format should be stop
