Micromanagement and bad leadership. Continuously changing team goals and tasks, lack of good tools and always expected to work overtime. Too much criticism and pressure on employees.

Work depends on your BU but great WLB all round. Many opportunities to advance and company is very transparent and tries to get everyone involved as much as posible

Toxic workplace for contractors

Do not join Cisco as a Contractor as they treat you like untouchables. Long working hours, poor pay, subservient attitude is what you can expect. CJBU unit is the worst. If you have to join that team, stay clear!
