Work-life balance, but growth is absolutely slow.

Good company to work, but the growth opportunities are not that great. Salary increment is not up to the mark. No market correction is offered. Work-life balance is good, people are really good.

Cisco Services had a totally inclusive environment and had a great work culture. At work, there were various amazing innovative minds working together whereas apart from work there were various fun activities. in terms of the facilities, Cisco campus in Bangalore was awarded the best place to work at.

Pros
The work culture and work life balance are amazing. Can leverage lots of learning opportunities by leveraging Cisco learning network. Transition to other teams internally is good if you have different interests.
Cons
Promotion after a certain grade is difficult. Lots of restructuring.
