Its a great place to start your career, on onboarding process was very accommodating, peers are always ready to help. Sometimes things do get out of hand and PRDs are changed on the fly but that's a rarity. Products are good and leaders are open to suggestions.

Not Satisfied and Ended up leaving the company in few month

This is not like other verbose review which do not give any real world idea inside the company . I tried to be realistic with this review based on my experience being in SD-Wan team Bangalore.Pros:Work culture is good. Co-workers are supportive.ConsDon't go with the "Best place to work" - tag1. Project is not that good. Most of the project usages legacy technology. Lot of unnecessaryprocess to do a simple job.2. There are no best practices are followed. Lot of people to do the same job, so different people follows different practices.3. Build process takes 6-7 hrs to complete. Sometimes one day to complete. So you can think how much development time got wasted.4. Not much innovation happens here.5. Everything depends on your managers. Even relocation benefit is not part of company policy. So please read your offer letter carefully. You will not get relocation benefit if later you move to new state.6. Managers are not supportive at all. The company has no strict work from office policy, but managers will force to come to office. So dont know whats going on here.7. There is no growth opportunity. You will end up learning nothing but some bunch of nonsense processes. Most of the good works goes to US and China team.8. SD-WAN Bangalore UI development manager is worst. Think twice before joining this project.9. Think twice before joining this company. Its better to work in small company rather than working here.

Awesome to be part of a great company! The salary is good and the benefits are good too. Could be better but still better than most other companies. Takes good care of the employees!

You have lot to learn in networking, but some time feels like we are heavy over load, Good pay. but management is not that easy they need to be cautious in terms of taking decision.

good corporate culture with good policies

good company culture sometimes managers use micromangement which is not helping. some managers are self-centered and care only for their own growth. they reduce the importance given to regular employees by hiring contractors and most of the work is outsourced to contractors. try to reinvent the wheel and grind the same dough everyday.

Fun at work

On a regular day I start my work by getting to know how my Machine learning models have behaved over the night and see what new features they have applied themselves on too. Later I get into Scrum meeting to provide my status to the team and then pick up task such as development of data pipelines for the models.

great working in Cisco. I have never seen even any contractor complaining about the culture of the Cisco company. there are good managers and technical people around from whom there is so much to learn from.
