Work isnt very stressful yet knowledgable. Co-workers support each other. My team personally is very dependable. Pay is not upto industry standards. Working time and location is flexible.

Managers spoil the Work Culture.

Managers are nearly dumb here. They are technically poor and are only capable of pressuring the Engineers rather than supporting them technically.Poor Management !!!
