Credit Risk Team in Bengaluru

Less room for innovation Competitive Fast-Paced environment Management is approachable Good to have "Citi" tag on your resume but won't recommend staying for more than 3 years in CRA team

Good place, culture and process to work with.

Its a great place to work till you are working under good supervisor. Work life balance is not so great. Good paymaster compared to industry standard.

Ethical and fair Organization

Tech stack needs to improve. Too big , too slow to change. Limited opportunities of career advancement. Servitude towards partners. Bangalore office is more of a sweatshop.

Good place to work, Slow growth

I have been at Citi Bangalore AIM for a few years now. Managers are really good - the workplace is challenging since they keep pushing you to perform better every day and every single project is exciting. Long hours are a norm here. Deadlines are tight, but it's immensely satisfying to deliver on challenging work.

From what I see across the floor, Internal talent is not valued, no cross functional expertise, poor mobility across units, stagnant growth. Good talent are not promoted for a long time and let go off. There is a greater chance of getting a job from outside the company rather than internally applying for an opening.

Stressful environment

Open culture, with free flow of information

Be aggressive to beat the bureaucracy and find a way around

Some people in their drive to impress senior leaders tend to stretch and push the team
