Likes- Good exposure to clients, even for junior team members- Could get a chance early to do leadership activities like project management, audits, stakeholder management etc.- If you want to go onsite(US), this is a good company for that- Supports post grad courses that you can do at their reimbursement on weekends- Certifications are reimbursed- HR usually have some activities planned, if that's your jam- Still in WFH mode in early 2022, which is good and company had arranged vaccination for employees and familyDislikes- Only paid leaves are provided. No sick, casual, bereavement, volunteering or study leaves- WFH setup reimbursement was embarassingly low, and was stopped.- Unnecessary cost cutting measures were used during first year of COVID- Way too many internal project audits, which are useless most of the time- Too dependent on just one market (US)- Compensation is lower for existing employees, as per 2021-22 standards

Citiustech has extremely bad working environment and very unsupportive higher management. The policies are not employee friendly and office politics is prevalent. There is favouratism in everything. Poor work-life balance and personal leaves are not granted easily. AVOID this company.

A healthcare focused company, lots of variation in culture and dynamics within the teams.

Neither the best best nor the worst place to work. Culture varies in teams and WLb also varies a lot. Some employee friendly policies but pay is not at par with market.

Good company for fresher and experienced

- I joined cCitiustech during pandemic so haven't been to office, but the policies are very good and employee friendly. Never faced any trouble from company side. - Citiustech have their clients and most of the employees works for clients- The is growth and good experience you get when you have a challenging project- Sometimes you have to stretch and that becomes tough to manage

- Employee friendly policies - Good projects to work and eventually you will learn new technologies

Cons

Long working hours since its WFH situation but once office reopens this could be managed

Productive and fun workplace, training for entry level candidates, good opportunities to learn. Regular meetings to monitor progress of work. Collaborative efforts made by the team is on focus.

Low salary even if skills are there. No appraisals.

I have been working since a long time. Theres ego issues between leads in a project. My.team lead is not sure what is going on . Little.to.no.time.is given for learning new skills whereas the same skill learning time for.other teams in same.project months are given. No clarity. Making us do more.work.for.less.salary. till.now no talk about pay rise or.promotion.

Don't know where to start, but experience was abysmal.

The experience may vary from person to person. What listed below is what’s been experienced & others have need to know as what they will be stepping into.* Even though the laptops had good specifications, too much of bloat was installed on the system. The boot time of the laptop was 15+ minutes. "The unnecessary background services and start up apps could had been easily disabled to save the boot time.* The laptops hardware was faulty and to get it fixed it was a hassle for night shifts. Either come early in the afternoon, or wait even after night shift was over, or leave the laptop in the office (not possible, due to amount of work).* Before giving the system to the new users, it should have been formatted & checked thoroughly.* Birthday and other celebrations are ignored by HR if you work in Night shift.* To open a salary account for people doing night shift it’s difficult, the bank employee comes in the afternoon. So either have to create it by ourselves or come to office in the afternoon even though if you are in the night shift.* Induction and training happens in the day as well, so it’s a problem for people doing night shift, especially when one has to hit the floor immediately after joining.* The ATS has all the details, yet the managers kept meetings for hours thrice every day to verify the same data & updates.* The buddy system was not at all helpful. Before assigning a buddy, the person needs to be evaluated if he or she is fit or in the mood to become a buddy. Wasn't able to learn much from the buddy system, had to keep on running all over the floor and ask -
