Management is approachable.
Good friendly work environment with opportunities to learn and growth.
The flexible work hours is a plus especially for working parent.
With power comes greater responsibility so meeting stringent customer deadlines and having satisfied customers is adventurous task
Keeping your team motivated, accelerated and committed is the toughest part of the job
