Good company with bad middle management and projects

Very bad appraisals so most of the senior people are leaving this company.Unplanned project work and lack of resources in product projects .Very less growth and opportunities for desired skills.

Less salary and more work, Treat employees as a slave, You need to be good with manager for promotion
