I have been working since a long time. Theres ego issues between leads in a project. My.team lead is not sure what is going on . Little.to.no.time.is given for learning new skills whereas the same skill learning time for.other teams in same.project months are given. No clarity. Making us do more.work.for.less.salary. till.now no talk about pay rise or.promotion.

MNC type company but Fun place to work

All depends on what project you are put on. This company is like an MNC but a lot different from TCS or Infosys. A lot of learning will be on your way if you have a good manager leading your project

Great work culture, good work environment. Flexible timings. Less pressure. Good HR policies and employee friendly company. No half days is the best part. You have to maintain your monthly working hours no matter how many hours you work in a day.
