- I joined cCitiustech during pandemic so haven't been to office, but the policies are very good and employee friendly. Never faced any trouble from company side. - Citiustech have their clients and most of the employees works for clients- The is growth and good experience you get when you have a challenging project- Sometimes you have to stretch and that becomes tough to manage

- Employee friendly policies - Good projects to work and eventually you will learn new technologies

Cons

Long working hours since its WFH situation but once office reopens this could be managed

Good and Growing company.A lot to learn, new technologiesEven a architecture has to work like a Engineer.Average WLB.All pay is Fixed, no variable.

Not a 9-6 job, usually office work starts at 11 amand ends at 9pm due to US project. Paid less compared to market

Citiustech is good in terms of learning many thing in Healthcare domain. Here, each projects will make to understand and learn basics of healthcare necessities. I have basically learned many important workflows in healthcare here like Payers and Providers. Work culture is good. They have many such activities which helps n make the employee happy like Happy Friday where they give free evening snacks to all employees. the timings are flexible.

Pros

Free Snacks on Friday. Buddy Lunch system for new joinees.

Getting into desired skill project.
