The company is really good, work culture wise and time flexibility wise. Most of the projects have reasonable amount of work and the work-life balance is very well manageable. But a few projects here are very much mismanaged and a lot stressful. Would recommend getting a review of offered project in the company before joining it.

Citiustech is a service company operating in healthcare domain. It allows us to gain good knowledge in health care sector which includes providers, payers, hospital management etc. The company has good number of clients which are operating in various health departments across different geographical locations. The work culture is good however the work life balance is not good. The management is not too supporting.

It has been listed in great place to work for 3 consecutive years. Work from home policy is good(allowed after 6 months of joining only)Work hours depend on project, but in case of late sittings can work from home too.
