Likes- Good exposure to clients, even for junior team members- Could get a chance early to do leadership activities like project management, audits, stakeholder management etc.- If you want to go onsite(US), this is a good company for that- Supports post grad courses that you can do at their reimbursement on weekends- Certifications are reimbursed- HR usually have some activities planned, if that's your jam- Still in WFH mode in early 2022, which is good and company had arranged vaccination for employees and familyDislikes- Only paid leaves are provided. No sick, casual, bereavement, volunteering or study leaves- WFH setup reimbursement was embarassingly low, and was stopped.- Unnecessary cost cutting measures were used during first year of COVID- Way too many internal project audits, which are useless most of the time- Too dependent on just one market (US)- Compensation is lower for existing employees, as per 2021-22 standards

Good company, good projects, good learning curve, average salary, Trainings provided every month, service based, lots of process, agile methodologies followed.

Low salary even if skills are there. No appraisals.

I have been working since a long time. Theres ego issues between leads in a project. My.team lead is not sure what is going on . Little.to.no.time.is given for learning new skills whereas the same skill learning time for.other teams in same.project months are given. No clarity. Making us do more.work.for.less.salary. till.now no talk about pay rise or.promotion.

Don't know where to start, but experience was abysmal.

The experience may vary from person to person. What listed below is what’s been experienced & others have need to know as what they will be stepping into.* Even though the laptops had good specifications, too much of bloat was installed on the system. The boot time of the laptop was 15+ minutes. "The unnecessary background services and start up apps could had been easily disabled to save the boot time.* The laptops hardware was faulty and to get it fixed it was a hassle for night shifts. Either come early in the afternoon, or wait even after night shift was over, or leave the laptop in the office (not possible, due to amount of work).* Before giving the system to the new users, it should have been formatted & checked thoroughly.* Birthday and other celebrations are ignored by HR if you work in Night shift.* To open a salary account for people doing night shift it’s difficult, the bank employee comes in the afternoon. So either have to create it by ourselves or come to office in the afternoon even though if you are in the night shift.* Induction and training happens in the day as well, so it’s a problem for people doing night shift, especially when one has to hit the floor immediately after joining.* The ATS has all the details, yet the managers kept meetings for hours thrice every day to verify the same data & updates.* The buddy system was not at all helpful. Before assigning a buddy, the person needs to be evaluated if he or she is fit or in the mood to become a buddy. Wasn't able to learn much from the buddy system, had to keep on running all over the floor and ask -

Politics, Racial profiling, Impolite arrogant unprofesional managers, Dirty toilets, unhigenic environment, dirty canteen, unhelpful hr, no job stability, etc.

Overall a good place to work with challenging work which helps to improve the skills. Collaborative work place and management is supportive always. Salary structure is well too

good place to work as you can get opportunities to get your hands on new technologies. Various Inter house contests and annual function keep the fun at work spirit up but salary offered is below market standards

Safe and flexible place to work. Free Friday snacks. Awesome Diwali gift every year. Fast growing company. Scope for learning depends on the project. Overall good.

You are hired for something you work on something else. Transparency is fairly good and there is an open door policy. Good thing is you are paid well and free Friday snacks.

Work with Enjoyment. Different skill and diff game development.

Citiustech is good in terms of learning many thing in Healthcare domain. Here, each projects will make to understand and learn basics of healthcare necessities. I have basically learned many important workflows in healthcare here like Payers and Providers. Work culture is good. They have many such activities which helps n make the employee happy like Happy Friday where they give free evening snacks to all employees. the timings are flexible.

Free Snacks on Friday. Buddy Lunch system for new joinees.

Good company to work with

The best part about citiustech is its flexible timings, work life balance is good only in few projects They have free snacks on Friday. Fun events happens all year round Sometimes you have sit more then 10 hours a day and still you won't get extra pay due to flexible timing

Good company with bad middle management and projects

Very bad appraisals so most of the senior people are leaving this company.Unplanned project work and lack of resources in product projects .Very less growth and opportunities for desired skills.
