Good work culture, but not in all its projects

The company is really good, work culture wise and time flexibility wise. Most of the projects have reasonable amount of work and the work-life balance is very well manageable. But a few projects here are very much mismanaged and a lot stressful. Would recommend getting a review of offered project in the company before joining it.

Good company in health care domain

Citiustech is a service company operating in healthcare domain. It allows us to gain good knowledge in health care sector which includes providers, payers, hospital management etc. The company has good number of clients which are operating in various health departments across different geographical locations. The work culture is good however the work life balance is not good. The management is not too supporting.

Likes- Good exposure to clients, even for junior team members- Could get a chance early to do leadership activities like project management, audits, stakeholder management etc.- If you want to go onsite(US), this is a good company for that- Supports post grad courses that you can do at their reimbursement on weekends- Certifications are reimbursed- HR usually have some activities planned, if that's your jam- Still in WFH mode in early 2022, which is good and company had arranged vaccination for employees and familyDislikes- Only paid leaves are provided. No sick, casual, bereavement, volunteering or study leaves- WFH setup reimbursement was embarassingly low, and was stopped.- Unnecessary cost cutting measures were used during first year of COVID- Way too many internal project audits, which are useless most of the time- Too dependent on just one market (US)- Compensation is lower for existing employees, as per 2021-22 standards
