They unfortunately didn't have proper roadmapping for the role they hired me for. They follow typical waterfall model, the simple project got stretched to 4 months, post which i quit.

You will enjoy your experience at citrix. Good management. Good WLB. Great technology stack if working on the cloud. Compensation is as per market standards and good benefits. No RSUs anymore since company's gone private now.

Good company to work. Work life balance is good here. The salary is not at par with industry standards. The management shows favouritism. Not all teams are valued at the same level. Few are given importance and few ignored.
