Pediatric department is the best and most relaxed department. There's lots of work to do but it's not stressful and the work environment is great. Level 2B NICU with hands-on experience with all procedures, guidance from consultants at every levels if required.

Management is so bad ... senior doesn't want to see your growth ...in short in this firm you can't grow by any means .... So self centric they dnt think about junior doctors at all....
