Best for freshers

The work culture, job description, training and facilities are top notch. The organization is very professional. However, there is poor work life balance, the pay does not do justice to the amount of work we do. They keep increasing targets and the payout keeps decreasing. You work 6 days a week with only 27 casual leaves.

Waste of time for any qualified person to be a part of this organization cause you can never grow with the organisation cause the entire system (especially the hr and the zoms) are parasites. They feed on your skills and your expertise and your capabilities and broadcast as their own, you are never given credit and you are continuously given peanuts ( salary) and in that also hr finds ways to dedu...
