heavy work to do but less salary. organisation treat patient with good manner and they provide good service but the employee inside the organisation is always suffers for the payment.

Waste of time

Waste of time for any qualified person to be a part of this organization cause you can never grow with the organisation cause the entire system (especially the hr and the zoms) are parasites. They feed on your skills and your expertise and your capabilities and broadcast as their own, you are never given credit and you are continuously given peanuts ( salary) and in that also hr finds ways to deduct your salary. Not once in my tenure have i received the same salary.

Good opportunity for freshers both at graduate and post graduate level. One should expect marginal growth financially. There are various work incentives which are more beneficial for clinic heads practicing general dentistry as well as accomplishing their monthly targets.

Pros

Excellent system of management of a dental clinic can be learned at clove. Free hand to all doctors, despite speciality or non speciality (except implant and Ortho cases).

And ready for any suggestion. quite different from private practice and very difficult to understand initially .. they also perform training to make understand.. if you work responsibly, its not difficult
