In the beginning company is little tough to understand but as soon as you start working in the company's culture you will feel like enjoying every bit of your time. Only a concern point is you can not enjoy your social life with your work life.
Good place to learn stress management, very fast paced with lots of challenges. no work life balance, but they are giving good benefits if you are performing and giving results.
A great company to work with, very friendly as well as secure place to work, the job security is also high, even the policies are designed in such a way that it gives more freedom to work. A company with good work culture.
I had very good experience while working in MHRIL. Thugh we have to travel a lot from one city to other.We got training for Sales presentation and building a relationship with client which helps me the most. The hardest part of the job to travel with 6 guys in a car.

Good work place
Looking after sales, venue selling, retention, marketing & brand awareness part in the city. Arranging different activities in the city for data collections (HNI) through different vendors which can be used for sales and venue selling. Being it’s a high segment product I had to cater with high services to our extreme HNI clients in almost more than half of Punjab.
Interaction with high segment clients, culture was good
