Customer site oriented work culture

CMS computers is good place for freshers and junior to mid management technical professionals. Company is sort of semi government work culture but those at client site and treated fairly in back office.PM/Mgmt is supportive but owners lies on the customer facing staffs to keep the contract position and service delivery healthy. Work life balance is as per customer site demand.

No advancement in job.

No response from HR. Neglegency towards employee. Worked for 2years no advancement and no growth in job position. No salary increment. Not responding to the employees requests. No OT. Even though you works for extra hours have to beg for compansation.
