CNH is one of the best company to work in terms of package and remuneration . But the support from management and after sales is poor . Management supports from sales prospective is excellent. They believe is activities to promote the sales. After sales support is very poor. This is one of key factor. Customer satisfaction is low as there is proper cordination. Great place to work at and a great learning place.

I had a great time working at CNH Industrial. The seniors and hiegher authority were very friendly. Excellence from everyone with whome I was dealt for these few years during my experience with CNH industrial. Seniors were fabulous, my manager was great and co-workers was very friendly.

Have to spent more time in villages for work.

Well and good company but I was under a third party.I had out my job by third party contractor After my mother death in Feb 2021. When need to the contractor then he call us.But when my bed time start then he had out to me.I could not get some leave so do my mother hospitality treatment.

Overall good culture to work at CNHi. A reputed mnc work culture. Boss are very gentle. Time to time he guide and give training by all vertical. Product B2b and B2C process apply for marketing. To appoint dealership in vacant area is mist. Any how you will reach target. Development of dealer and his team. Go with sales team of dealer and meet new prospects in customers house. Try to sell the product by giving service in field to customer.
