The management over there was not at all good. Only u will get supportive colleagues. Their is lot of partiality among the employees also they offer very less salary to freshers or less experienced people only to the selected people they value the most.
Codebox is a start - up founded by two young IT professionals. The average age of an employee was about 25 years, so there was a vibrant working atmosphere.
