Great destination for IT freshers

I am a trainee in CodeClouds for over 4 months, and till now my experience with the company has been quite great. As a fresher, I think CodeClouds is providing great amenities to freshers. Also, it gives a wonderful opportunity for any IT fresher to learn and develop themselves, also the career growth opportunities are also quite just as heard from the seniors. One of the biggest pros of this company is the management, which wonderfully sews a quite big workforce as ours. It is not easy to manage the needs of all of the workforce and the performance of the management is quite wonderful on that regards. The work culture is also least toxic as possible, as much as I hear about the toxicity in work culture elsewhere, its quite contrary here. The seniors are friendly to juniors, and even seniormost members are quite frank to the juniors. If there's something that may be the hardest part of the job, is the dedication you have to invest towards your job. And the more you move up the corporate ladder the pressure increases, which is quite justified. Also it's also a bit difficult to cope up with the latter shifts time schedule but you will get the hang of it. Till now I have been quite enjoying the work life here, let's see how the future venture goes.

A good place for work life balance in CodeClouds. But you need to find good projects in order to stay on top of current technologies. CodeClouds have lot of employee benefits to keep you engaged.
