Good hikes but its not a company its a shop

You don't get recognised, you are being pushed to work more and more .feels like you are working at a factory. They get projects and do not calculate the man power which is required. No agile methodology to calculate the risk and timeframe for the project. Employee has to give up all his personal life and work 15/18 hours when it happens and never receive any recognition and most important that management never learns from it as they can have the work of two employees from one. In short employee has to sacrifice everything.

Long hours, no work life balance, cafeteria is full with rats at night, hygienic issues, worst management

They deserve negative ratings in terms of management as well as salary. Hr told you that 15 is your salary date but 15th never come. They credit your salary on 30 or later means a whole month later. Poor management skills and no transparency. Didn't recommend this organisation either to freshers or experience. Better to sit at home because they treat you as they have buy you.

Too much of Rats in the office... Which makes the working and eating place a very unhealthy place to work The worst thing is no extra benefits for night shifts.. No canteen.. No cab... Feels almost like a prison
