Cogniter Technologies is a company where I joined as a content writer in the hope to learn new things and get exposure. Well, this company really is beyond my expectations, the seniors are always available to guide, the environment is very comfortable, everyone working here is very supportive, made me feel like a part of the company really soon.

Good hikes but its not a company its a shop

You don't get recognised, you are being pushed to work more and more .feels like you are working at a factory. They get projects and do not calculate the man power which is required. No agile methodology to calculate the risk and timeframe for the project. Employee has to give up all his personal life and work 15/18 hours when it happens and never receive any recognition and most important that management never learns from it as they can have the work of two employees from one. In short employee has to sacrifice everything.

A little time flexibility, salary hikes

Cons

Long hours, no work life balance, cafeteria is full with rats at night, hygienic issues, worst management
