I dont have idea what type of questions asked in the interview
Support engineers mainly taken a training from experience and senior engineers. Then they knowledge developed and working skill and maintenance.
Questions on basic network and troubleshooting issues were asked
Communication skills are the only thing that is prioritized. Rest they ask about your final year project if you are a fresher., Technical knowledge is not at all required
Mostly relevant to your job role and communication
Testing concepts how to deal with managers and team events
