Training provided here is very helpful when come under project.
Class room training on the day of joining followed by on line training, which is mandatory, from time to time.
The training process is smooth but the projects are assigned randomly so even if you are trained in Java you might end up working as a manual tester. You need to be really flexible if you want to grow in this company.
The training process are excellent, very helpful in knowing what work you will go through.
