I have attended interview on December 9th 2017, and got selected in PLSQL senior associate.I was told by HR that I got selected and will receive offer letter. But till now I didnt get offer letter. Can some one please tell me what is the duration that Cognizant take to release offer letter? or whom can i contact to make sure?

Hiring process is very slow
If you are informed by HR, it might take min of 3 months to get notified on this again. Example if interview happened in February...they have to get back in 2-3 months !
Lateral hires are based on project requirement. In case project is deferred, profile will be considered for similar other openings. But will be delayed
One month and as per the urgency of requirement
Still, I didn't received the letter. Some one called me Feb 20th and said that I would receive the letter in one week. But till now I haven't received any.
