I have joined Cognizant in Oct 2020. I am enjoying working in Cognizant. They provided standard salary. Work culture, environment, communication, management are good. No such cons are faced.

Employee friendly work culture

I worked 4 years at Cognizant and so far it has been the best place I've worked. The corporate culture is usually toxic. But I did see a very employee friendly culture in Cognizant. Atleast the project that I worked for we could sit down for a cup of coffee with all team members, managers and even our general manager. We worked as a team. It was never a designation specific association. Like I will only associate with people of or around my designation. This is what I really appreciate because I haven't seen this elsewhere. I have great professional relationship with many of my colleagues and we share a great bond.

Good place to work

I got support from my supervisors all the time. Semi-yearly bonus. Each member of the team was very supportive but i believe I was lucky it isn't the case with everyone.
