Good projects on data engineering

The Beginning training was very fantastic and learnt lot of things. Projects are not good and management should have been better. They trained me in automation testing and gave insurance plans testing project. Which don't have scope in outside cognizant. If i ask release from project, manager said like we can't release you. Management should have been better.

A good place to work if you get into good projects

If you are looking for average technical work and average hike then Cognizant is the best place unless you get into some good project where people are actually working on niche technology and has got good rapport with your manager

You get more leaves (Sick -1, Casual-6(Jan only) and Earned-1) annually, You get Health & accidental insurance for self and dependents
