I have no issues with management and work culture. As a mother of 1 year baby it's difficult to work continuous10 hours per day. We don't have flexible working hours. We have to login and complete the work with jn the 10 hours.

Everything depends on client project.Management needs to think about there employees work-life balance .Payscal is less as compared to market standard.Kolkata location is worst for me lots of politics. Manager only looks for those who have a good bonding with employees not interms of working standard.

Productive and knowledge gaining

I joined here in June 2019. And started my first project in Oct 2019. At starting phase it was a little difficult to go with the flow, but the Senior colleagues are really helpful. They helped a lot in understanding the working measures. First few months though there were not a lot of work still being a novice time management was a challenge for me. But slowly and steadily everything got sorted out. And now after 3 years I am in a comfortable zone according to my work pressure. Only a little concern is that salary is 40-50% lower what I personally feel. But the work life balance is quite good and a good organisation to gain knowledge.
