Overall company worklife balance is good,working environment is good,all the members of project along with team lead and manager are much supportive.As it is my first company after graduation lot of things to be learned from the teammates which in turn it helped me to move forward in a successful path.I have learnt lot more things and managing my work life balance as well as the manager and team lead are very supportive and they always appreciated me for my work.

Work life balance is good and there is no micromanagement done by the supervisos.But Salary is not competitive. Projects are too long and at times they start becoming boring

I was in Cognizant for 3.5 years. Compensation was very low compared to market, managers use to do lot of politics. Work was mainly dependent on project you get, mostly they will deploy you for billing purposes only.

Management in cts is very good. They listen to your problems and help you in resolving them. Team mates are very supportive and help you during your work. Deadlines are there but can be achievable if obviously you don't procrastinate.

I joined as a fresher. Then training started after that i got deployed into a project not related to training. Trained again and every time it was only self learning kind of training. Watch videos and submit assignments. No body takes freshers seriously
