Depending on project we feel the difference , and here its quite good but not better.A lot to be improved a a corporate, its competetive but not a unique player

Pretty bad work culture, work is good BUT, the problem from higher management it is horrible, Director of the particular domain is jobless, they just stress us out to do things which are no way related to job, very hectic schedule.

Job Security if a part of project.

Good Thing: Flexible, WFH allowed.Bad Things: Less Pay. Managers are focused on filing the billing position irrespective of the employees skills. No opportunity for skill up once tagged to the project.

Cognizant is good place to work. Yearly appraisals are not inline with market standards and appraisal cycle varies many of the times up to 3-4 months.Otherwise it’s a good place to learn and for getting better onsite opportunities.

In my 14 months of tenure, I really enjoyed working a lot with cognizant. My honest opinion is, I have really learned a lot and technically sound being a part of cognizant and its esteemed customer. There are some challenging in initial days but because of the motivation from leaders and support from team members, I am able to complete my task on-time and also make the benefit of learning new technologies quickly.
