Good company to work for if you are a lateral hire. Work life balance could be an issue for some projects. Yearly hikes are better than competing service companies

Company is good to learn and grow.Good people and very helpful.Management is good and helpful.Though we have to undergo many trainings and growth in perspective to the salary is very minmal.
